  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the shipping method you choose during checkout.

  • Standard Shipping (Domestic): 5-7 business days
  • Express Shipping (Domestic): 2-3 business days
  • International Shipping: 10-15 business days (depending on location and customs clearance)

Shipping rates vary based on the weight of your order and destination. You can view the shipping cost for your order at checkout before completing your purchase.

3. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on domestic orders over $100. For orders below this amount, standard shipping rates will apply.

4. International Shipping

We offer international shipping to most countries. Please note:

  • Customs and import duties may apply to international shipments and are the responsibility of the customer. C-Connect is not responsible for any customs fees or delays caused by customs procedures in the destination country.
  • Delivery times for international orders may vary due to customs inspections and other external factors.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package until it arrives. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order. C-Connect is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. Shipping Delays

We strive to meet all delivery timelines, but occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or customs processing. If your package is delayed, we will do our best to provide timely updates and assist you in tracking the order.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered, but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors, building management, or local post office. 9. Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, it may be shipped in separate packages to ensure faster delivery. You will receive individual tracking information for each package if applicable.
