C-Connect Clothing Brand Return and Refund Policy

At C-Connect, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with an easy return and refund process.

1. Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item for a refund or exchange, provided it meets the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • It must have all original tags and be returned in its original packaging.
  • Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable, unless the product is defective.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer service team at returns@cconnect.com or call +1 (123) 456-7890 with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the product.
  3. Ship the product back to us using the provided shipping label (if applicable).

Please ensure the returned item is securely packaged. C-Connect is not responsible for items lost in transit.

3. Refund Policy

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrectly sent.
  • If the item is deemed not in its original condition, no refund will be issued.

4. Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability. To exchange an item, please follow the same steps outlined in the return process and indicate that you’d like an exchange. If the item you want is out of stock, we will issue a full refund instead.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at returns@cconnect.com with photos of the defect and your order details. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including the cost of return shipping.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items purchased on final sale or with clearance discounts.
  • Gift cards.
  • Customized or personalized items.

7. International Returns

For international orders, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or the wrong item was shipped. Refunds will be issued for the product price only, not for any international shipping fees or duties.
